Electronic Communications Consent

This Electronic Communications Consent describes your agreement to receive records and disclosures electronically and to use electronic signatures, under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law.

Last updated: June 2026

Scope of your consent

Your consent applies to Communications related to your inquiries, your use of our website and tools, and, where applicable, the application, processing, and servicing of a loan, except where law requires a particular notice to be delivered in a specific manner. You may still receive some Communications on paper where required.

Electronic signatures

You agree that your electronic signature on agreements, forms, and authorizations has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and that records maintained electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such records be in writing.

Hardware and software you need

To receive and retain electronic Communications, you need: a device with internet access; a current web browser that supports secure (HTTPS) connections; a valid email address; software capable of viewing PDF documents; and the ability to download or print documents for your records. By consenting, you confirm you can access and retain electronic records in these formats.

Updating your information and withdrawing consent

Please keep your email address and contact information current by notifying us of any changes. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting us at info@ezonlinemortgage.com or (818) 305-6704. Withdrawing consent may delay or prevent certain online services, and, where required, we will provide records by another method. Withdrawal is effective after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it.

Requesting paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic record by contacting us at info@ezonlinemortgage.com or (818) 305-6704. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies where permitted by law, and we will tell you the amount before any fee applies.
