Program description

When you provide your mobile number and consent, EZ Online Mortgage may send you text messages related to your inquiry, your application, and — where you have agreed — account and marketing updates. We may use an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology to send these messages.

Your consent

By checking the consent box on a form or otherwise providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text, you agree to receive text messages at that number. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, or of applying for or receiving a loan.

Opt out and help

You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive text messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Mobile information collected as part of our text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging to third parties for their own marketing.
